I am a management and organizational development consultant specializing in professional development, executive coaching and mentoring, teambuilding and group facilitation. I am a professional facilitator and trainer and also delivers speaking engagements. My management development area of expertise includes DISC behavioral assessments, communication, and management and leadership team dynamics. I am an expert in the medium and large size corporations with a background consisting of over ten years in various roles at Intel Corporation. My past experience includes the management of multiple organizational development groups, delivery of global training at multiple geographies, facilitation of teambuilding events and large-scale meetings and speaking engagements in both established and emerging markets.
